Mother’s Day Giant Empire Biscuit

Mimi’s favourite cake is a classic Empire Biscuit – so we’re going big for Mother’s Day!

Two 8″ Scottish shortbread biscuits sandwiched with Mimi’s homemade mixed berry jam and a thick layer of icing, topped with vintage vanilla buttercream piping, giant sprinkles and Maraschino cherries.

Kindly note that, depending on the length, we will handpipe any personalised message on the cake board or print it and attach to the box.

Contains Soya, Gluten, Sulphites, and Milk. May contain traces of Nuts and Peanuts.

While every precaution is taken to avoid cross contact, our bakery does handle a number of allergens.
