This year, Mimi’s Bakehouse is delighted to be part of the action with a pop-up café at Pleasance Courtyard, one of the Fringe’s most iconic venues. Nestled just off the Royal Mile and surrounded by performance spaces, the Courtyard is a lively hub where festival-goers gather between shows to relax, catch up with friends and soak up the atmosphere. With hundreds of performances taking place throughout the month, it’s the perfect place to pause and refuel before your next show.

Our menu has everything you need to keep you going throughout a busy Fringe day. Enjoy expertly brewed coffee, refreshing iced drinks, speciality matcha and chai lattes, alongside homemade cakes, traybakes, brownies and freshly baked scones. If you’re looking for something more substantial, our hot filled breakfast rolls are served on locally made McGhee’s rolls, with a choice of classic Scottish favourites and vegetarian options.
